Command: Apply Theme to Menu

Opens the Theme Gallery to choose from a collection of predefined themes and apply it to your menu.

 

This action replaces all styles used in your menu with the styles contained in the theme.

 

Therefore, your menu changes appearance but it does not lose its "content" information (properties shown in grey titles).

 

When choosing a theme you also have the following option: (version PRO only)

 

[ x ] Remove any Style Customizations upon application of Theme

 

This option let's you decide whether you want the customized values of your style properties to be removed (and be replaced by the style properties of the applied theme) or you want to keep these style values intact. The default behavior for these customizations (if any) is to be removed.

 

As an example of style customization, see the <Text Font> property below which has been customized for a particular item:

Theme Gallery Maintenance

 

AllWebMenus supports the Creation, Deletion and Update of Gallery themes in the following ways:

 

Create a new theme

Select Export new Theme at the Theme menu.

 

Delete a theme

Open the Theme Gallery (by selecting Apply Theme to menu from the Theme menu), choose the theme you want to be deleted and press the "delete" button.

 

Update a theme

Follow the instructions below:

- Start a New menu

- Open the Theme Gallery and select the theme you want to update

- Select the Style Editor Tab

- Make any changes you want to the four available styles

- Select Export new Theme at the Theme menu

- Use the same theme name and choose "yes" to replace the old theme with the new one
