Property: Item Foreground Image (version Pro only) |
|
Displays an image on the Item provided that the <Item Image> property is left blank.
You can use the Image Placement option to specify the relative positioning between the image and the item's text or to choose to display the image only.
This property can be used to create styles that have bullets or arrows next to the item text. Since the <Item Foreground Image> is not a content property (like the <Item Image>), this image will be shown next to the text in all items using this style.
Important Note: The <Item Foreground Image> is not shown if the <Item Image> content property is also used.
| Note 1: | It is known that Netscape cannot read images that contain spaces in their filenames! Therefore, always use image names such as "my_image.gif" or "myimage.gif" instead of "my image.gif". |
| Note 2: | Avoid using filenames that contain special characters, like quotes ("), apostrophes ('), etc. In most cases these characters will produce an error. |
| Values: | An image file of the .gif, .jpg or .png type |
| Applies to: | Item |
| Type: | Content Property |
