Specifies whether a group will show a Footer or not.
If you select "Yes, Show Footer" then a Footer will show up at the top of the group.

The content of the Footer is defined by the following content properties:

The style of the Footer is defined by the style properties that are enabled when you select the "Yes, Show Footer" value.
If you do not want to display a Footer on the group, you can do so by setting the <Has Footer> property to "No, Do not show Footer" or by leaving the <Footer Text> and <Footer Image> properties blank.
