on my AllWebMenus i have mainstyle(red) substyle(red) and substyle(gray) +
i need to create one more style with another color. how do i do that?

Hello,
I am afraid that you cannot add a fourth style in the style editor.
Instead you can customize an item to have the style you want:
And then you can copy-paste the style changes to all the items you want:
