Initial Email Subject: static menu possible ?
Support Case Month: May 2012

Hello,

I have a website and another company developed for us a secure booking platform for our holidays houses. This page is hosted on their server so they tried to put the menu's on their template page but the menus don't work... They say that they have to make big changes to the JS file but it's not working.... They ask me to send them a static menu ? (my menus are visible at http://www.durbuyadventure.be/en/sport-activities-durbuy-adventure-park.php) ... is this possible ?

Thank you,
Thomas

Dear Thomas,

I went to both of your pages, and I do see the same menu (or very similar anyway):

menu preview

submenu preview

I did notice however that the menu in “durbuyadventure” is compiled with a recent AllWebMenus version, while the other one is compiled with a pretty old version known to have issues with Safari 5.

I suggest that you compile the menus at “secure.cubilis” with the current AllWebMenus version, as this will probably fix any issues it currently has.

Best Regards,
Kostas
