Your software (WebScrollerBuilder) hangs up when I try to save. I use AllWebMenus and WebModalBuilder just fine. I have gone through the exact download procedures through your user area and activated but I cannot start a project because I cannot save the template to start the project. Please advise.

Hello Woodie,

This is really strange and need to look at it ASAP, as we do not experience any software crashes.

Maybe it is something with the project. Does it hang up with ANY save you are trying to make? What about the "Export" functionality. Does it work?

The export feature worked fine.  Then when I open the exported project from the zip file the same thing happens.  It hangs up with white screen and says not responding.  I let it sit for several minutes.  Nothing but white screen and not responding in the menu bar.  Your other two programs work fine.  Not sure what the problem is.  See the screen shot.  I have plenty of memory and i7 processor so it is not a processor / memory problem.  You can see from the website below your other products have incorporated flawlessly.  I am very pleased with your products and the menus and pop up boxes where the main two products I needed and they are awesome.  I would like to add a scrolling ticker for our college commitments but I can post static if we cannot get this to work.

Hello again,

We did several tests with the project you sent us but we did not get any errors. It seems that this is something specific to your installation.

We will most likely have to send you a “debug” version of the application in order to find out exactly where the crash occurs. Before we do this however, can you please send us some more information?

Specifically, we need the registry entries for the application. To get these, please go to windows
“start->run”, type “regedit” and hit Enter.

Then look for the following key on the left-hand-side tree:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\WebScroller\Settings

Then export it (using the menu “file-> export”) add it in a zip file (so that it is not blocked by our mail servers) and send it back to us.

If we are lucky we will be able to recreate the crash using this info. If not, we will have to create a special “debug” version and send it to you (this may take some days).
