Hi,
I have downloaded template 115 Sliding black enhanced. I have installed it according to the instructions to C:\Program Files (x86)\AllWebMenus5\template0115_2b44928ae11fb9384c4cf38708677c48. When I open AWM Pro I cannot find it. Please advise.

Hello,

The templates are actually saved menu projects. You can save it anywhere you want. Then you need to run AllWebMenus and go to “File -> Open” to open it as you would open your own project.

Hello, the above site (***customer website removed***) is my test site, I cannot get the accordion to work properly on all browsers. Please advise, on the home page, the first window that opens drops down after the slide moves to the next, help!

Hello,

After having a look at your page, the problem is caused by your CSS. Specifically, in the “style2.css” you have the following rule:

clip_image002

The “column_l” is the container in which the accordion control resides. The problem is that the browsers wrongly calculate the padding (rounding down the decimal points) and this causes the accordion to be 1px larger than it should (hence not fitting in a single row). Please change the above to (for example) “padding 0 10px;” and the accordion should work fine in all browsers.

Hi,

I feel dumb, but I can not see how to implement image placement.  I want to put the text beneath my image, how do I do that?  Thanks.

Kim

Hello Kim,

You need to use the "Relative to Image" Positioning option:

clip_image001

Make sure that you have the image name correctly, as this is case-sensitive. If you still have problems, please send me the URL of your page and tell me where you want the menu to appear.

Initial Email Subject: hi how to get AWM to show up behind flash shadowbox?

Initial Email From: Ken

hi - how can I modify my all web menu so it appears behind the flash shadowbox that appears on my website?  As you can see, if you go to ***customer website here*** and click on the top center video box, it shows up behind the AWM menu, instead of in front of it like it should.

thanks,

ken

Dear Ken,

I see that your video popup has z-index=90, while the default AllWebMenus z-index is 1000.

Please change the AllWebMenus z-index value to something smaller (e.g. 50) to fix this problem:

Hi,

I can’t seem to find any fix for my AllWebMenu’s not displaying in the newest version of IE9?  A client just brought it to my attention .. I downloaded the most recent version but it didn’t fix it.  See example:  ***customer website here*** should be showing on top bar, under logo.

Please advise?

Sincerely,

Jen

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Dear Jen,

It seems that although you compiled your menu with the latest version of AllWebMenus, you forgot to upload the new library files (“awmdata” folder).

Please upload these too in order to fix the problem, and make sure that you upload them each time you compile your menu (especially when compiling with a newer version).

Also, please delete the “Temporary Internet Files” to make sure that you are viewing what is actually online.
