Hello!
My name is Charles. I purchased recently AllWebMenus Pro Version 5.3 and I am in the process of redesigning my website, www.golezadesigners.com , using it.
However, I have found the following problem that I would like you to bail me out of it with your support.
While the menu displays so well in browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera, it doesn't display well in Internet Explorer.
With IE it displays well in 3 directories but in the 4th directory, it displays to horizontal menu instead of one with one having a horizontal line crossing from left to right.
What could be the problem? And how can I go over it?
Thanks in advance for your cooperation
Charles

Dear Charles,
I checked your site but I did not find any AllWebMenus code there. In order to tell you what's wrong with IE in the 4th directory, I will need to see a page that actually has the problem.
Since the other pages display fine, it is likely that the problem come from something that exists within the 4th directory pages.
Best Regards,
Kostas

Dear Kostas,
I finally succeeded. There was a small error that was making it not display well. Now it is ok but it's still on my computer.
Best regards,

Hi.
I really like your menus!!
Can I incorporate your menus in a page in wordpress and
then add a mobile theme like WPTouch so that
if I link my iphone app properly to this page I will get a
very nice looking "iphone app menu" right on my iphone just
like as intended?
Comments about getting you menus to work with/on mobile phones??
Thanks!
Talk soon,
Dave

Dear Dave,
Incorporating your menu in WordPress is pretty easy as we have developed a special plugin to help you with this task:
http://www.likno.com/addins/wordpress-menu.html
You should not have a problem regardless of the WordPress Theme you are using. Just note that the WordPress Theme will not affect the menu appearance. If you want your menu to look like a typical iPhone menu, then you need to use the related AllWebMenus Template.

(or create a similar design yourself)

Support Case Month: October 2012
hello,
The home page includes a .swf animation, but ,when I open the modal window, the .swf is always in front of this modal.
z-index for the modal doesn't work in this case ...
So can you give me any help to put the animation behind the modal ?
Thank you.

Dear Carole,
Indeed the flash applets ignore the z-index and always stay “on top”. The solution is to add the “wmode=transparent” parameter into your flash applet.
Please try changing this:

Hi - I am an experienced AWM user but can't figure this one out...
I've just downloaded mega drop-down menu #2 and linked it to my DW file... I plan to edit your example with my customized categories and menu structure.
How or where do I edit the structure??? There is no visible sub-structure in AWM.
Thanks,
Pete

Dear Pete,
With “mega-menus”, each submenu is a single HTML item:

Hello,
I am afraid that you cannot add a fourth style in the style editor.
Instead you can customize an item to have the style you want:

And then you can copy-paste the style changes to all the items you want:
