I followed all the instructions on

http://www.likno.com/addins/wordpress-menu.html

and the plugin Settings page, including adding the PHP right beneath my Header.PHP file's <body> tag, but alas, nothing works.

If you look at the source of the page, you can see the javascript runs, but the menu isn't showing up.  Please help!

Hello Robert,

I now see your website. I also see that you do have a menu, is this the AllWebMeuns menu?

Because I do see the menu-linking code there.

Kostas

No, that is the Pagelines native menu.  I need to keep it in there until I get the other menu working.

Hello,

It seems that your menu was compiled to work only locally!

menu compiled only for localhost

Please correct this here:

I am trying to upload my first menu to my wordpress site.  I keep getting the error that I am uploading the incorrect filename.  I have version 1.1.14 of the plugin, I am being asked for awmmenu1.zip but the generated file is awmmenu.zip.

I looked this up in the knowledge base but it said that the fix was to use version 1,1,14 of the plugin which I already have.

Do I just rename the file or what?

Bruce

Hello Bruce,

Just make sure that the menu name that you have online (you can edit this name yourself) is the same with the "Compiled Menu Name" of your project.

Read the following information on the interface:

compiled menu name property

I have tried everything to remove the scrollbars from the modal window but it remains.  How can I remove  them?

On the window click on the second image to see the modal window

Thanks,
Terry

Dear Terry,

I believe I have found what was causing the problem on the library side and I have corrected it.

Please download the latest build (254.2 – you should now have 254.1) and let me know if this fixes the problem.

Greetings! I was wondering if there would be any way to speed up the many tooltips that I've got for the "Flexibility with Self-Directed Cares" graphic for the Related URL that I've provided. At least on my computer, there is a delay while the tooltips load.

I thank you very kindly.

Todd

Dear Todd,

I checked your page and saw the problem. Are you loading these from external pages? If so, then this is the reason it takes a second to load them.

If you want the tooltips to appear instantly from the first time you hover, then you should keep everything in the same page. Of course this way the whole page will be heavier, but once it loads everything will run faster.

I also noticed that you are using several of our products and that in some cases you are using different versions of the same program (e.g. in the accordions). We highly recommend that all your projects are compiled with the same version in order to avoid conflicts.

Kostas

I would like to let my users right click on a menu item and be able to choose to open in a new tab or new window. Have I overlooked that?

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

This is a bit tricky and the behavior is different depending on the menu genre:

For JS menus you can open links in a new tab by using “Ctrl + Click”.

For CSS menus you can right-click and see the default browser menu that allows you to open in a new tab/window.
