Hello John,

According to your license you are entitled to download the latest version of AllWebMenus.

Please, download the latest version of AllWebMenus, install and activate it. Then, open your menu project, re-compile and re-upload the produced files (along with the awmdata folder).

Also, check the positioning of your menu, you may have some offsets that might cause the problem.

Despite all the above, if the problem persists, please export your menu project (File -> Export Project -> to ZIP folder) and send it to me so i can have a better look at the problem.

Thank you!

Kind Regards,

I did the upgrade and the menu appears when I change the zoom to 10%.  The scroll bars disappear at that point so I don’t know if it is sliding. Enclosed is the zip file.  Thank you very much!

Hello John,

As it seems the problem is due to the pretty high value of width that you have set. On several tests i did the menu appears as expected when the width is a value that the browser window can support. For example, if you set the width to 2500px instead of 12500px you will see the menu as expected. On the width you have specified the browser seems not to render it correctly and it tries to repeatedly create scrollbar.

I would recommend you to use a lower value of width or just leave it to auto.
Also, on your code you have
<table id=awmAnchor-menu style="width: 12500px"> as your positioning element.
You have forgotten the quotes,  so you code should look like:
<table id="awmAnchor-menu" style="width: 12500px">

Thank you!

Cool! It works!!  Thanks!!!  I put in the quotes and took out the reference to the table width for the menu part and the master table width.  Thanks again!!  John
