Support Case Month: January 2013
I've created a brand new menu. In Firefox it displays correctly, in all other browsers, including an iPhone it does not 1. correctly show the "Has submenu" image. It just comes up as a small white (or transparent) square 2. It looks as if there is a background image being called on the menu items but the image can't be found. To my knowledge I have not used any background image other than the ones used in the set.
I've gone over every menu item several times but I can't see any issues. I've attached the awm file so you can hopefully let me know what I've done wrong.
Thanks,
Dave

Dear Dave,
This happens because the menu cannot find the images it is supposed to use. Most browsers display a "missing image" icon but Firefox does not show anything at all, hence it seems that the menu works ok (but without images).
The problem is that the images should be under the "/awmdata/menu/" folder (as they were compiled in your PC) but online you uploaded them to "/awmdata/caballeros/".
Please correct this in order to fix the problem.
Best Regards,
Kostas
