Initial Email Subject: menu not shown IE9
Support Case Month: June 2012

I have bought  from you the likno software WEBALLMENUSPRO 5 and i have done the latest update 5.3 build 892.

I have checked all the web browsers and although the menu is OK to Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, i.e 8 and Opera,  in the latest i.e 9 the menu is not shown at all!!!

Is there any way to reveal my menu in i.e 9? It is very important for our company. Our website is www.blk.gr

best regards,

Apostolos

Hello Apostolos,

menu library

It seems that although you compiled your menu with the latest version of AllWebMenus, you forgot to upload the new library files (“awmdata” folder).

Please upload these too in order to fix the problem, and make sure that you upload them each time you compile (especially when compiling with a newer version).

Best Regards,
