Support Case Month: December 2012

Dear Sirs,

I created a menu with your program. I was able to create the menu, I entered the menu on the website that I am creating and Firefox works perfectly. With Internet Explorer I have tried various solutions but the menu does not appear. Doing a debug I get the following message:
Line: 41
Character: 1
Code: 0
Error Message: 'awmCreateCSS' is undefined
URL: {URL REMOVED}
to the line 41 there is this code:
awmCreateCSS(0,1,0,n,n,n,n,n,'none','0','#000000','0px 0px 0px 0',0,'0px  0px',n);
What can I do?
I'm not very experienced in JavaScript.
thank you very much

Best Regards,
Derek

Hello,

I just checked your site and I do see the menu working fine with all IE versions I tried (IE6 – IE10).

Did you maybe fix the problem in the meantime? Please try deleting your browser’s Temporary Internet Files and check again.

Best Regards,
Kostas
