I'm having trouble with my menus caching. When I put in a new version the user receives the old version until they hit F5 (IE). Can you help me please

I am afraid that there is nothing we can do on our side regarding this issue. The only way to force a refresh is through your server settings.
You should contact your host for more details on how to do this.
