Greetings!  I have a weird question that I cannot seem to answer.  In a parallel email, I have sent a link (e.g. in #1 below) to you regarding code within a Tooltip.  I’ve run in to an additional dilemma is that I’m having difficulty with… the “auto” height capabilities of this Tooltip.

The Tooltip references a web page that I’ve created, which contains a table.  Of course, the height of the Tooltip is dependent on the text inside.  When I make the Height value of my Tooltip set to “Auto”, it seems to default to a short stubby Tooltip. 

Here’s a visual of what I mean:

1. Go to {URL REMOVED}

2. Hovered on the any selection listed in the graphic below, including Assisted Living Option IMG.

How do I get my Tooltip to correctly compensate for the height?  Any thoughts?  Thank you!

Dear Todd,

I am afraid that there is no way to have “auto” along with an “external” page…

If your page is plain text, then you can load it as “Ajax” in order for “auto” to work. If they have scripts (I believe they do) then you need to specify a size manually.

Would it be possible to have a future version  include the capability of having auto for external pages?  There wouldn’t be some kind of workaround that would suffice, would there?  My source pages for the Tooltip is external, with a bunch of formatting, etc.

No, I am afraid that this is not possible… the iframe cannot change its size according to the content.
