It suddenly stopped working -- won't open, and I get an error message that "windows is looking for a solution". After a few seconds the program closes. I uninstalled and re-installed several times, but no success. HELP PLEASE!!!

I was also instructed by our developers that you should try deleting another registry key. Before deleting this, you should first export it.
If deleting the key fixes the problem, then we would like you to send us the exported key so that we can examine it.

The procedure below worked. I've attached the exported registry file for you.
Question: Do I need to re-enter my activation code, or is it now fully functional? If activation is needed, can I use my existing code (from first installation that eventually failed), or do I need to generate a new activation code?
