Hello,
Well it depends. If the user is clicking on a menu item that has no link (such as “autoritats” or “autoritats->cumischiuns”), then it will do nothing. Can you ask the user to be more specific?
1) which page (URL) did this happen in
2) which item was clicked
3) which browser was used to view this

Dear Paul,
I just tested your site and menu in a Mac (OSX 10.6.8) and it seems to work fine there too:
I also tried an OSX “Lion” and had the exact same results.
Is it possible that there is a problem in the user’s Mac? Does the problem exist only in this specific link?

Dear Kostas
Thank you so much for your help. We tested like you on other Mac/Safari and we have got the same results as you. I think too, that the problem must be on the users system. We have sent him the information to control his system.
Any way, thanks a lot and have a nice week.
Regards
Paul

Dear Paul,
You may want to ask the user to check the browser plugins that are installed in case one of them is causing the problem.
Please let me know if you find any more information.
