Dear Kostas,

Many thx your prompt feedback!

I wish to add that your software is fantastic.  I bought the drop-down and the menu creator.

Sometimes there is a crash, but that has maybe to do with pc memory, I have plenty applications open.

If I can repeat the issue, then I let you know.

The border around the root is now perfect – many thx

I tried the same for nodes, however when selecting, that border is still visible

Hereby included some screenshots.

Kind regards,

Paul.

Dear Paul,

You can add the following CSS line in the <head> section of your page:

head section style properties

If you change your tree’s Compile Name to e.g. “myTree.js”, then the rule should also change to:

#myTree * { outline: none; }

Regarding the crash you mentioned, please do let us know if this happens again or if you can find what are the circumstances that cause it. Does this happen to the Trees application only?

Not looking for “drop down” menus.

Looking for a two level menu for WordPress pages as in:

example: http://www.gq-magazine.co.uk/

Got your site reference from:

http://forum.bytesforall.com/showthread.php?t=6732

But I cannot find your “topic-sub-top” “main-menu-bar sub-menu-bar” theme.

Please give me the “product id” or page of your “dual menu bar” product.

Thanks.

Hello,

This site has plain page links and not  a real menu component. You can achieve a similar result if you set both your menu and submenu to “horizontal”. The difference is that you will be able to see the submenus simply by moving the mouse over the main menu item, and will not have to click it. Of course if you prefer, you can set it to “click” too…

horizontal menu and submenu type

You can find an example of such a menu here:

http://www.likno.com/examples.html?example=horizontal_submenus

Support Case Month: November 2012

Hi, I have had some contacts with you before and I am getting closer to how I really want it. Yes it takes some time but when doing in spare time it takes longer....

Please find enclosed a site sample I am working on. For some reason some of the Drop down appear correctly and in other cases the "stay behind" the new frame and are not seen.

The site is not complete so you can try: From Index main, go to Produkter (the drop down works fine and also if you continue to "Cope for IMS" it works fine but if you choose "ISPW" the drop down will not show. Why is this? I have tried different ways but I do something wrong. The same goes if you try: "Support" and I also have difficulties when it is a PDF which is to be shown, see under "Nyhetsbrev".

In short how do I get the drop downs to always show in the lower frame? The same question applies for if I do want to have an additional level of frames showing. I ALWAYS want the drop downs to appear in the lower frame when moving the cursor there. What am I doing wrong.

Thanks in advance for your advise.

Best Regards,
Clas

Hello Clas,

You are using the Cross-Frame feature.

When you link your menu, the “menu.js” file should be linked in the top page (as you have already did it), and the “menu_sub.js” should be linked to ALL pages that will be displayed in the bottom frame.

I examined your files and e.g, the “support_txt.html” is not linked with the “menu_sub.js” file.

In contrast, it is linked with the “databmenu_sub.js” file, which does not exist.

Support Case Month: July 2012

I am interested in building a mega menu for my web site. I have no coding experience & would like a software package to upload or drop in code to my xsitepro web site builder. Can a mega menu (for example with drop down fly outs to mega content on a submenu, etc.) be build with your system without coding experience? Thanks.

Steve

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Dear Steve,

The mega-menus require that you style the content yourself with HTML. This means that you do not need any real coding experience (as the scripts take care of the menu workings), but you will need some HTML knowledge in order to design your menu content. You can download our mega-menu examples to see what this HTML code should look like.

Of course, if you have no HTML experience, there is always the option of hiring us to create the menu you want. If you want a quote on this, please describe the menu you want in as much detail as possible. If possible also send us the menu structure and if you want it to be like a menu you’ve seen somewhere, also send the URL.

Support Case Month: July 2012

I am attempting to find a way to make the background of the submenus less opaque without affecting the text that is contained in the dropdown menus. This is so when the menu is chosen and the choices drop down you can still see the images behind it.
Thanks
Cary

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Dear Cary,

I am afraid that currently there is no way to change the opacity of the background without affecting the text or foreground images.

Is this something you consider a crucial feature?
