I really like the program.I am now setting up a menu structure that contains almost 400 items. A search feature would REALLY be nice for use  in creating a menu structure.

Hello Bruce,

You can also edit the items in EXCEL by using the following feature:

menu external multi editing

Just give it a try, it is good for hundreds of items.

Hello,

With your software, after the menu is done, can i see the code and use it in Dreamweaver?

Best regards

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Hello,

You can indeed use our menu system with Dreamweaver, and we even have a special extension to help you with that:

Regarding “seeing the code”, the application generates some JavaScript files, but we do not recommend that you directly view or edit these, as changing the wrong thing may render the menu unusable.

What is the best way to edit and change your Mega Drop-Down Menu.

Gary

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Dear Gary,

“Mega Menus” have items that look like whole submenus and these are coded in HTML. Hence in order to change a submenu you need to edit the HTML of the corresponding menu item:

mega menu full html

I have taken over a website using menus built using Likno AllWebMenus PRO ver 5.2-#808
We do not currently own the product.

My question.

If we purchase the product will we be able to modify the menu structure using the created .js file or is there some sort of project file we will need in order to make modifications?

Thank you,
Tom

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Dear Tom,

I am afraid that you cannot use the compiled file to edit the menu. You need to use the menu project file, which will be a file with “awm” extension.

Note however, in case you do not find the project file, that we do have a paid service for reconstructing menus from the existing compiled menu in your site. Let me know if you are interested, and send me the URL so that I can see what type (and size) of menu we are talking about.

Kostas

Hi - I am an experienced AWM user but can't figure this one out...

I've just downloaded mega drop-down menu #2 and linked it to my DW file... I plan to edit your example with my customized categories and menu structure.

How or where do I edit the structure??? There is no visible sub-structure in AWM.

Thanks,
Pete

Dear Pete,

With “mega-menus”, each submenu is a single HTML item:
