Hello...love the program, but am having a major issue.  I have attempted to install allwebmenus-wordpress-menu-plugin a couple of dozen times, both through the wp-admin and manually via ftp.  Either way I do it, I get the following ERROR messages:

Clearly, I am unable to activate this plugin.  I even reinstalled the latest wordpress--each time, wordpress indicated that the installation was successful.  Also, prior to installing the "allwebmenus" plugin, all my other many plugins installed without an error and functioned flawlessly.  Also, the same problem occurs if I activate a different theme to see if it was a problem with the theme itself.  While I realize that you are not WP support, I was hoping that you might have run across this problem before, or would at least be able to tell from the errors what the snag might be. Needless to say, I want to use AllWebMenus in my wordpress websites.  Thanks for any help you can give me on this....

Hello,

It seems from the error messages that the plugin does not have enough permissions to work. Specifically in order for the plugin to work, it must be able to edit the “header.php” of your template and add the Linking Code.

You can try manually giving your “header.php” permissions “755” to see if this fixes the problem, or you can try giving all the plugin files (and especially the “include.php” file) full permissions.

How can I add the tag: id="awmAnchor-menu" to a CSS file?
As you can see the menu in my URL scrolls, when it should be in the gray area.
I'm using some new code to keep the top header at the top, and want the menu up there to.

Initial Email Subject: Open FancyBox Window from AllWebMenu
Support Case Month: February 2013

I am trying to open a FancyBox window from an AllWebMenus item.  As you may know, Fancy Box is a Javascript tool similar to LightBox.

With a normal text link, I would give the link an ID, then insert the FancyBox code in the header - see sample below.  However, I have tried doing this with AllWebMenus and have not been able to make it work.  Can you provide any insight?

Initial Email Subject: Need different header text for each web modal window on the same page.

Hello Support:

In the program, I clicked on each modal name and then changed the header for each one. The last one that I do becomes the header text for all of the windows.  I need each web modal window to have a different header text.

Please go to the above web page and click on each of the 4 "read more" and then on the side bar with the heading  -- My Experience Insurance Industry -- "click here". All of the headers have the same text which says Mark. Curriculum Vitae which was the last modal that I did in the program.

There are 5 modal windows on that web page and each web modal window should have a different heading.

Hello,

The modal windows have the “Project Style” that applies to all windows and the “style of specific window” that applies to each window.

Did you select the second and then each modal window from that list when changing the header?

If you did so and still see the problem, please send me your project file.
