Hi,
I have used my own buttons with rounded ends. The green area here is transparent, however no matter what I set in AWM, the area shows as not being transparent (see below). I tried with both GIF and PNG’s, and with NO Background colors or tiles, but no joy. Did I miss a step some place?

Thanks,
Gus

Dear Gus,
This is because the item’s background tile image is being tiled throughout the whole item. You want to set this to tile between the left & right image:

How do I get this feed to display properly in the latest Web Scroller Builder?
When I try it, I only get the title and no image (in the preview window).

Hello,
In this feed, the images are part of the content and the default is to display only the title.
To correct this you need to add the following:

Note however that the images are pretty big, so you will need to change your Scroller accordingly in order for them to fit.
Let me know if you need more specific help with this, and if so, please export and send me your project file so that I see what you have done so far.

I would like to report a problem that I had seen before, but thought it was a matter of my configuration. The more I look at it, the more I think it is a bug in the program, that persists after I downloaded the newer version:
In the menu below, the look is perfect in IE, Firefox and Chrome. When I try in the iPad, I see a gray border that I cannot eliminate.

Hello,
I noticed that the “dot.gif” image (which is automatically generated when you compile the menu) is not online as expected under:
http://{URL}/atimo_s/MainMenu/dot.gif
Can you please upload this and let me know if the problem is resolved?

I know I have seen this before, but I can’t find it in your knowledge base?
How do I get the dropdown menu to be in front of my scrolling banner images?
Now they are behind it when you click the navigation button.
Thanks,
Pat

Dear Pat,
You have to add the “wmode=transparent” parameter to your flash applet.

How could I keep a floating image indicator unhidden on a selected menu item? For example, I would like the indicator of the home page to be shown while the user is in the home page.
Reply From: Likno Customer Support
Hello,
This is not possible exactly the way you describe it. What you can do instead, is to use the floating image on the “click state”, and set your menu to automatically highlight the “current item”.
This will automatically set the “current item” to the “click state”, based on the URL shown in the address bar:
