Hi, I'm experimenting with AllWebMenus on a new site running WordPress. I'm a bit confused by this:

With the purchase of 1 AllWebMenus license you also get unlimited Server-Side Menus API licenses (unlimited domains/websites for Joomla/Drupal/Wordpress/etc.) for free!

To purchase a license: AllWebMenus order page

If you already purchased an AllWebMenus license prior to August 10, 2010, click here to login to your Likno User Area and purchase the "Unlimited Domains" license at $59.95 only.

Does this mean customers who have been with you for over 3 years are the ones that have to pay to use the plugin??

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Hello,

You are able to use the WordPress plugin, you don't need to pay something extra.

You can download AllWebMenus WordPress plugin here: http://www.likno.com/addins/wordpress-menu.html

AllWebMenus WordPress Plugin is free for all users, but you need to own an AllWebMenus Pro license, as they work in combination.

Although optional you may want to upgrade your license of AllWebMenus Pro so you can download the latest version that totally supports Internet Explorer 11. You may want to see what's new here: http://www.likno.com/whatsnew.html

Let me know if you need more information.

Thank you!

Kind Regards,

Current build: v5.3 build 924 (released on Nov 27, 2013)

Based on your Update Plan you are entitled to the current build and all builds released up to Oct 29, 2014.

I downloaded the file and installed the update but now the program is in trial mode and insist I enter the activation code. I should not be in trial mode.

Could you un-mix this for me please?

How can I activate the sliding menu add in purchased on 7/17/13. Does it activate when I reactivate my AllWebMenus Pro license?

I am having real problems with installing a new menu.

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Hello Kerrie,

Yes, you simply get a new Activation Code from your online User Area account that has the sliding menu add-in.

Hi,
Just wanted to check the procedure after updating my AllWebMenus from 5.1 version 762 to the latest version. I want to limit any work to just compiling the one menu, is this automatic? I have not used the Menu for a long time.
Regards
Pete

Hello Pete,

The procedure to update AllWebMenus Pro and then the menu you have already online is:

- Login to your Likno User Area at http://www.likno.com/userarea

- Click the "View/Manage Licenses and Plans":

update AllWebMenus license

- See there if your Update Plan has expired or not.

If "expired" then click the "Renew" link and renew your Update Plan.

- Download the current Version (Build) ( http://www.likno.com/download.html ) and install it.

- In your Likno User Area, click the "Get Activation Code" link and get a new Activation Code for this updated installation:

AllWebMenus Activation Code

- Open your old project file (.awm) in AllWebMenus, re-compile it and then upload the new menu files (along with the "awmdata" folder) to your website.

Note that you may need to delete your browser’s Temporary Internet Files (or cache files) before refreshing the page in order to see the menu.

Hi,
I'm just at the ordering page and would like to know how can I use the menu on a WordPress installation?
Regards

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Hello Pete,

We have an AllWebMenus plugin to help you insert the menu you create in AllWebMenus Pro to your WordPress website. You could see more information about this here: http://www.likno.com/addins/wordpress-menu.html

You install the AllWebMenus WordPress plugin to your WordPress installation, you choose some settings for the menu, like what menu data you would like to use, the position you want it to display in, the menu type (Dynamic, Mixed, Static) and then you get the code for the menu.
You Open the AllWebMenus Pro, you go to Add-ins -> WordPress Menu -> Import/Update Menu Structure from WordPress in order to have the menu structure.
You create it in the way that fits your needs and then you compile it for WordPress. This creates a .zip file that you need to upload in your WordPress through the AllWebMenus plugin.

Let me know if you need any more further information.

Thank you!
