I have a scroller that is interacting with a menu (not your menu) but I have found that if I change the z-index, it seems to solve my problem.  I can not seem to figure where I can change the z-index for the class "likno_scroller_container liknoscroller_container_area" which is defaulting to "3".  If I change it to "2" one of my problems is solved.

Hello Earl,

Please click here:

z-index of jQuery slider

You will find the Z-Index property there. Change that to "2". It may work but I am not sure as it depends on what the other script does too.

Thank you.

Kind Regards

Support Case Month: February 2014

Is it possible to open a modal window with two links that when clicked would close the modal window and change the window location in the browser. For instance:

Use our phone site button: when clicked closes the modal window and changes the browser window to indexphone.htm

Use our main site button: when clicked closes the modal window and changes the browser window to index.htm

Thank you,
Sheldon

Hello Sheldon,

I think you can just have the link (without the closing) so when you click that it will open the page you want and the modal window will be closed.

Please, let me know how that worked for you.

Thank you.

Hi Aggelos,

Works perfect although I have no idea why since there is no code that says to close the modal widow or to open these links in the parent window. I assume that these functions are built into your (awesome) script. My sample is at {URL REMOVED}. I will be implementing it in a month or so.

As always thank you for the great tech support,

Sheldon

Hello Sheldon,

Glad to see it works as you wanted Smile

You just use the link so when you click it the page you want will be opened thus the modal window will be closed, that's why you don't need anything extra to close the modal window.

Thank you.

Hello,
My company may be interested in your modal window builder - just have a quick question. We had code for a modal window plugin we'd been using, but one of our clients just updated their website and none of the plugins are compatible with their jQuery library - they updated to jQuery 1.10.2. Will your code work with that?
Thanks,
Miriam

Hello Miriam,

First, thank you for your interest in our Likno products.

Our library uses its own jQuery version (a separate jQuery file for Modal Windows), so it does not matter which jQuery your clients already use. This is deliberate so that no problems occur with other scripts, etc.

Thank you!

Does all web menus work with safari? Any custom settings I will have to use to make it compatible?

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Hello Daniel,

Yes, it does, as it supports all browsers by default. Nothing special needs to be done for Safari, our scripts are cross-browser. Just compile your menu, upload the related files and you are done.

Support Case Month: June 2013

Hi,

I would like to find out more about your Web Tab Builders. I was wondering whether it can cross-over with my existing software of XSitepro for the web build-up. Do I get any technical support for it?

Hope to get your revert soon.

Thanks and regards,
Au

Hello Au,

You can find a lot of information about Likno Web Tabs Builder in this page: http://www.likno.com/jquery-tabs/index.php

You have 3 choices of populating your web tabs (inside the project, through DIVs or through UL/LI elements). You could use DIVs or UL/LI structure to populate the tabs inside your XSitepro pages and add a JavaScript script in the pages you want the tabs to appear. As long as you can do those 2 steps then you can have the web tabs in your XSitepro pages.

Thank you.

Hi everybody,
Thanks for the explanation. However, I still have doubt because I can't find much example and support from the website. Hence, I'm not so expert in HTML and CSS but I need these builder to boost up my XSitepro as it is very useful.
If I have at least 20 pages which need this tab builder, does this mean I have to upload it 20 times?
Kindly advice
Thanks and regards,
Au

Hello Au,

You can have as many pages as you want, the only steps you need to follow are:

Step1 : Use Likno Web Tabs Builder to create and stylize your web tabs. Choose the population method and the positioning method.

Step 2: Insert to the pages you have the linking code, the population code and positioning code.

Step 3: Upload the 2 folders of your project in your server.

Note: If you use a template then you only need to insert the linking code, population code and positioning code in your template once and not in every page.

You don't need to be an expert in HTML or CSS in order to do that, as the application creates any code you need.

Please see the manual for more help http://www.likno.com/downldd/Likno_Web_Tabs_Builder_Manual.pdf or see the Help in the application and let me know if you need more explanations.

Kind Regards,
Aggelos
