I am trying to upload my first menu to my wordpress site. I keep getting the error that I am uploading the incorrect filename. I have version 1.1.14 of the plugin, I am being asked for awmmenu1.zip but the generated file is awmmenu.zip.
I looked this up in the knowledge base but it said that the fix was to use version 1,1,14 of the plugin which I already have.
Do I just rename the file or what?
Bruce

Hello Bruce,
Just make sure that the menu name that you have online (you can edit this name yourself) is the same with the "Compiled Menu Name" of your project.
Read the following information on the interface:

Hello Mohammad,
Unfortunately, I am afraid that there is no such option for showing a modal window when the user exits the site.

Hi,
I have used allwebmenus for some time (I see my update expired in May). However, I have recently purchased a Mac, and would like to continue to use your menu for my dreamweaver site. Can you tell me what my best option is?
Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately the installation file is available only for Windows.
However, our MAC customers use third-party software for emulation, without any problems reported so far.
Here are all your options to run Windows applications on an Intel-powered Mac:

Thanks
I don't want to have to buy another program just to run a menu though.

The VirtualBox application is a free open-source application that does the work just fine.
You can get it here:

Initial Email Subject: menu won't display on blogger site

We were able to successfully set up a working menu on our third party server, where the js and image files are hosted: example.com
We then recompiled and re-linked the files for site.com and pasted the menu code, with absolute paths for the js files, on a new page: site.com/p/blog-page.html
The menu however does not display on the site.com site.
Do the JS files need to be compiled for example.com or site.com?
Thank you for your help!

Hello,
In order for this to work, your tree files must be compiled for the domain in which the tree will be shown (not the domain in which the compiled files reside).
I noticed that you used the following ID:
id="Sparkys Answers Blogger Menu"
I believe that spaces are not accepted in IDs and that this is the reason your tree menu does not show. Please try correcting this and let me know if it fixed the problem.

Kostas

I am trying to Link my menu to the sharepoint site and I 'm having trouble. Can you provide me with the necessary steps to publish/link the Menu to the site.

Hello,
We do not have a specific plugin for SharePoint, as it was never intended by Microsoft to be a site-builder application (they have FrontPage and Expression Web for this).
Still, you should be able to use AllWebMenus as a stand-alone application with SharePoint. Please follow the generic instructions in our site:
http://www.likno.com/wat_generic.html
In "Step 3", I recommend using the manual method, where you copy-paste the Linking Code into your file(s). Ideally, if you use a template you will only have to add the code there and it will propagate into the rest of your pages. Make sure that your Linking Code "src" is root-relative, i.e. it starts with a slash "/".

Kostas
