I notice on some computers the dropdown menu is under the flash rotating image that I have on the website.

Hello,
Indeed in Internet Explorer your menu goes behind the flash scroller.
This happens because the flash applet ignores the z-index ordering. To resolve this problem, you need to add the ?wmode=transparent? parameter into your flash applet, so that it respects the z-index order.
