Dear Chris,
It seems that you have set several browser-specific offsets that create the problem you see. This is not only visible in a Mac, but also in most browsers in a PC (except IE).
Please remove all the browser-specific offsets, and use the standard offsets instead. I would also suggest that you make the menu somewhat smaller so that it has the same width as the header.
