Initial Email Subject: Menu not showing up in IE9
Support Case Month: April 2012

The menu is showing up perfectly in all other browsers i have checked it with but WILL NOT show up in IE9. This is urgent as I have been dealing with this all weekend & I specifically upgraded for the purpose of NOT having any cross browser complications.

Hello Rile,

old version menu library

It seems that although you compiled your menu with the latest version of AllWebMenus, you forgot to upload the new library files (“awmdata” folder).

Please upload these too in order to fix the problem, and make sure that you upload them each time you compile (especially when compiling with a newer version).
