Initial Email Subject: menu not appearing in iMac
Support Case Month: February 2013

I have a client whose web site has an AWM menu which does not show up on iMac computers.  I have tried it in Safari on my PC and it does not show up, but is fine using other browsers (Opera, Chrome, Firefox, IE).

Please advise.

Gary

Dear Gary,

This happens because your menu is compiled with a much older version that did not support Safari 5.

Please download the latest version from your Likno User Area account  (and if required, also get a new Activation Code):

download latest version of AllWebMenus

Then please recompile ALL your menu projects, and upload the new compiled files (including the “awmdata” folder).

Note that although your Update Plan is expired, the latest version you can activate DOES support all the latest browsers (including Safari 5 & 6 and IE 10), so there is no need to extend your Update Plan yet (unless of course you want to get access to our new features like “responsive menus”).

Best Regards,
Kostas
