Initial Email Subject: Menu doesn't show in Mozilla
Support Case Month: October 2012

Can you please advise why all of a sudden the menu is not visible in my Mozilla browser but it is visible in the IE browser. This is true for the site mentioned above and also for another site:
http://gregralphquarterhorses.com/

I have updated with the latest release version but it still doesn't fix the problem. I searched your knowledge base and found no information on this. I have not done anything to these menus for some time and they were working before but as of this week they are not for the Mozilla browser.

thanks much

Sandy

Dear Sandy,

I checked and I see your menus in both pages with Firefox! Did you resolve the problem in the meantime?

If not, then it is possible that you have something specific to your Firefox that is doing this. Maybe some plugin or something like that.

Can you please check and try disabling your plugins/addins one by one to see if anyone interferes with AllWebMenus? Please let me know so that we can resolve this.
