Dear Erik,

Assuming you refer to the submenu opening delay, you can do this from here:

submenu opening delay

Hello Kostas,

I was more interested in the background picture. The way it is delayed from right to left if you hover over the menu.

Dear Erik,

I am afraid that this effect cannot be recreated in AllWebMenus. You can, if you want, run some JavaScript code every time the mouse moves over a menu item, so I guess you could use some external (or custom) code that just changes the background image and call it from AllWebMenus.
