Hello,
If you re-installed windows then you need to get a new Activation Code as your Installation ID will also be changed. You can do this in your User Area account.
I also noticed that you are using a much older version of AllWebMenus (v4) and I wanted to let you know that there are some known issues with the latest Safari and IE browsers. You may want to consider upgrading to the latest AllWebMenus version to resolve any possible issues.

Kostas

Can we transfer a license to another machine?

Yes you can. You simply need to install the license in the new machine and get a new Activation Code from your User Area account.

2 questions:
1. want to install the software to 2 separate PC systems. One at home and one at work. Do i need 2 licenses?
2. Also it is written that in one year expires. What this means? Do i have to purchase a new program every year?
best regards
Apostolos

Hello Apostole,
1. The AllWebMenus license is per seat. This means per machine installed.
2. Your license never expires; only its "Update Plan" expires. This means that you can always download and apply an Activation Code to the latest build released before your Update Plan expires but not to builds released there after. If you choose not to renew your Update Plan in one year from now, you will still be able to use AllWebMenus with the Build released 1 day before that year ends (but you will not be able to update AllWebMenus with any Builders released afterwards).

Initial Email Subject: Safari - menus do not appear
Support Case Month: August 2012
I have recently become aware that the AWM menu created for this site does not appear on the latest version of Safari. I have checked other sites and the same problem exists on all sites when viewed on Safari.
Do you have a workaround or solution for this problem?
regards
Brad

Dear Brad,
It appears that the menu on your website was compiled with an *old* version of AllWebMenus (see “release history” here: http://www.likno.com/whatsnew.html ).
You need to update/upgrade your AllWebMenus and re-compile/re-upload your menu files, as the *old* compiled menu cannot support the latest browsers and standards. Some browser versions did not even exist by that time (e.g. Safari 5 was officially released in June 2011).
How?
- Login to your Likno User Area at http://www.likno.com/userarea
- Click the "View/Manage Licenses and Plans":

- See there if your Update Plan has expired or not.
If "expired" then click the "Renew" link and renew your Update Plan.
- Download the current Version (Build) ( http://www.likno.com/download.html ) and install it.
- In your Likno User Area, click the "Get Activation Code" link and get a new Activation Code for this updated installation:

- Open your old project file (.awm) in AllWebMenus, re-compile it and then upload the new menu files (along with the "awmdata" folder) to your website.
Note that you may need to delete your browser’s Temporary Internet Files (or cache files) before refreshing the page in order to see the menu.
Thanks!

Kostas
