I am using Modal Windows and I have a few questions regarding capabilities...
I know the js file gets linked to the html page. I have a link within the AWM that loads a secondary page with the same AWM file. Only problem is, if someone clicks on the link for the Modal window, it will not load because the page it was linked to is no longer open or active. Is there anyway around this.
Also I read that I can load a link and open a modal window with the same onClick event. When I did try to do this, it loaded the link into the Modal window. Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Bob

Dear Bob,
I am not sure I understand what the first problem is. Can you please give me specific instructions to reproduce it? Which menu item do I have to click? Which link do I have to click next?
Regarding opening both a link and a modal, I am afraid that you misunderstood the help text:

If you use both, the link will indeed open within the modal. You cannot both open a modal and change the parent page to a different one.

Kostas

Yes, I did apparently misunderstand the help text. I thought it could to both operations.

Hello,
Did you set the specific menu item to be “Full HTML”? If not, you should do so.

Hello,
Yes, mode add by : htmlMode=1 in line of code.
I don’t understand why the menu close when I click in the input inside the menu.

Hello,
The answer is to enable the “sticky” feature of AllWebMenus, so that the submenus will not close unless you go over another menu item or click outside the menu:

I have successfully built a menu for www.Jtfone.co.uk and it is working fine except that it does not highlight the current page with the colours specified.
I am not able to link the pages after compiling since I am using a CMS hosted on the website.
How do I make the current page show the specified colour?
Reply From: Likno Customer Support
Hello Victor ,
You can use the automatic highlight feature, which will highlight the current item using the “click” (or “mouseover”) colors:

I see on some menus of different sites that the selected menu item stays highlighted when that page is active. Even if the mouse is not over it.
How is this accomplished with your program?

Hello Steve,
Yes, this is fully supported and with more options.
