Hello Buddy,

There is no URL in the email to see, but I can imagine that you refer to the content of the Header or Footer areas:

This is where you can change the content or disable it entirely.

Note that the above interface is of our new version which is available now online (in case you have an older one).

HI Kostas,

I really like the tooltips program, very easy to use, need to find more places to use it. I have put up a page with 38 tootips, when you can will you take a look and in the first column, McCluskey, Cori Lee Cordell and Jack Fraser don't show up all the time.

Is there anything I can do to make them show up like the others?

Dear Buddy,

It seems that these two specific <area> elements do not have an ID set like the rest. Could it be that you forgot them?

Also I noticed that you say “Cori” and “Jack” in your email, but the names are “Cari” and “Jeff” in the page. Could it be that you are generating these IDs with server-side code and you missed these two?

I just created the Floating scroller and for some reason, part of the footer area is still showing from the project notes, even though I am very sure I have deleted it all.  Here is a page for an example:  www.ramcoms.com

Dear Marie,

I checked your scroller and I see in the compiled file that it still has a “bottom area” with the given content.

This means that you either did not uncheck the “bottom area”, or you forgot to compile and upload the new files.

Please check these and let me know if you need more help.

I have just tried to download the latest build of AWM and the download button in the user area instead of doing what it should passes over to the download managers in Chrome and Firefox latest versions.

What do you mean exactly by “download managers”?

Is this not what you see?

In Chrome in my case it starts downloading immediately, as it always have done.

Did you by any chance install a download manager lately? If so, it is possible that anything you try to download will now pass through that.

Hi Kostas,

I have just rechecked and it is Internet Download Manager and Free Download Manager that pick up the following:

Please remember that in places like Africa, Southern Australia and New Zealand data packet loss is always an issue on DSL and 3G so we all use download managers that are capable of going back and retrieving lost data packets to ensure file integrity on downloads larger than 12MB.

Does this work though? Or are you getting an empty file? if it does not work, can you please send me what you download in an attachment?

Since you are trying to get the latest version, you can also get it from the default download page which does not have the extra security the User Area has (and is also faster):

http://www.likno.com/download.html

Finally, if you *have* to use the User Area (in case your Update Plan is expired and you need to access an older version), I guess you can temporarily disable your download manager.

Of course!

You need to download the latest version you are entitled to activate from your Likno User Area account  and then get a new Activation Code for it:

(Note that the Installation ID will be different in your new PC – do not use your old one!)
