How does the Slider tool work with XSitePro.  Do you create pics outside of XSitePro, then load them into XSitePro somehow?  Is it a true Slider like Wow Slider, for example ...or do you have to click on an arrow to move them across the page.

Hello Larry,

You can populate your pictures trough DIV elements, UL/LI elements so in this case you can have the pictures wherever you want and just use the correct paths inside the DIV tags or UL tags.

Another way is to create the slider and select the population method "with items inside the compiled project", so in this case you will upload to your server the compiled files and you just insert a js script in the page where you want the slider to appear.

On Monday we are launching a new version of the Likno Web Scroller Builder in which you will have the choice to populate your images through RSS services like Flickr or Picasa.

Likno Web Scroller Builder is a powerful application that lets you create any slider you want. Of course, you can have a slider that slides without having to click or mouse over on any arrow.

Check the screenshots below to see how you can do that.

This is one of the  examples that you can find in the application.

To make the slider items slide automatic check this property.

slide automatically on page load

And you should uncheck this property in order not to use navigation arrows.
