We have code like

<script type="text/javascript">var lwtbLinkedBy="LiknoWebTabs [1]",lwtbName="cpromos_banner_tabs1",lwtbBN="212";</script><script charset="UTF-8" src="http://www.mainurl.eu/assets/jq-plugins/animation/banner/js/cpromos_banner_tabs1.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

If I do not need Tabs scroll in one moment, is there possibility to display NONE as I need code to be placed at the top under body but tabs will not be published. Is this possible as jQuery shows an error when code is placed but tabs are not invoked.

Sometimes code is needed at the top but Tabs will not be published and in the example jQuery should be 100% without an error which shows when Tabs are not there but code is placed.

Issue is with templates because separate template should be created when code is there OR NOT at the top but tabs are published OR not.

Currently there is no option to show or hide the scroller, but I guess you could use the following custom code:

lQuery(".cpromos_banner_scroller1_container").hide();

lQuery(".cpromos_banner_scroller1_container").show();

Having issues with the latest release of chrome.  I have updated my AWM to 5.3 #902 and pushed up the new files but still experiencing the issues.

Hello,

I see two possible problems:

1) You have two menus in your page, each compiled with a different version. Please make sure that all your menus are compiled with the same version.

2) The menu Linking Code is not right after the <body> tag as it should be, but instead it is within other tags. Please move the Linking Code directly after the <body> tag.

I tried recompiling both menus, and changing the project properties, no change on chrome.  This menu has worked perfectly for all browsers for over 2 years.  Just in the last few weeks did it stop working for Chrome only.

Dear Paul,

I did a thorough check of your site and it seems that there is a specific CSS that is causing this.

It seems that this is part of your WordPress theme. Specifically in the following file:

{FILE PATH REMOVED}

Please remove this in order to fix the problem. In the meantime I have forwarded this to our developers to see if they can come up with a permanent fix.

That did the trick.  The css has been the same for quite some time, but thank you for the fix.  I really appreciate you looking that deep into it.

I followed all the instructions on

http://www.likno.com/addins/wordpress-menu.html

and the plugin Settings page, including adding the PHP right beneath my Header.PHP file's <body> tag, but alas, nothing works.

If you look at the source of the page, you can see the javascript runs, but the menu isn't showing up.  Please help!

Hello Robert,

I now see your website. I also see that you do have a menu, is this the AllWebMeuns menu?

Because I do see the menu-linking code there.

No, that is the Pagelines native menu.  I need to keep it in there until I get the other menu working.

Support Case Month: January 2013

hello. I want to ask you about white space, after I compile the Modal Window Builder. You can see the print screen here.

http://screencast.com/t/4F22DouGMVzA

In the section "Project Windows" -> Single Style Sheet -> Html -> Embedded

I copy the facebook script. It is ok. But, I cannot redimension the windows, to bring near the facebook border. Like in this print screen

http://screencast.com/t/E9dSJHLSqXM

Summarily, seems to be a default square with I cannot delete or redimension, that white space.

Can you help me with an advice?

Hello,

It seems that this is a Padding that you set in the Body CSS. Please check and let me know:

Initial Email From:
Carole
Initial Email Subject: AWM code and magnifying script conflict
Support Case Month: November 2012

Hi Kostas,

We found that the AWM code (under the body) is creating a conflict for the magnifying script (jquery.magnifier.pan.js), thus preventing the litte guide image (Besoin du guide ?) to enlarge. See the next table under the Connexion AWM line.
Could you settle out this problem also, please.

Thank you so much,
Carole

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Dear Carole,

I have checked your site again, and I noticed that the magnifier script is using a very old jQuery script. It is possible that this is conflicting with the newer version of jQuery that is used by our products. Please try changing this:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3.2/jquery.min.js"></script>

With this:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js"></script>

Having said this, I noticed that there are still several errors in your page from different scripts, even when I remove the accordion script (e.g. when clicking on the tiles). I believe you should check these out.

Kostas

Hi Kostas,

We thank you very much, it seems that the problem was so obvious that we couldn't see it. Changing the  ...jquery/1.3.2/jquery.min.js for ...jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js
solved the magnifyinf image problem, at least.

In deed, we are still checking out for errors in different scripts, thank for that tip also.

Thanks again for your support. It is appreciated.

Carole
