I would like to let my users right click on a menu item and be able to choose to open in a new tab or new window. Have I overlooked that?
Reply From: Likno Customer Support
This is a bit tricky and the behavior is different depending on the menu genre:
For JS menus you can open links in a new tab by using “Ctrl + Click”.
For CSS menus you can right-click and see the default browser menu that allows you to open in a new tab/window.

Hi,
After having bought and installed a LWAC menu, we are unable to position it into our structure.
Please read the note for LIKNO in the html code.
Thank you for helping us.

Hello,
I tested your page again with multiple browsers and I also looked at your accordion project.
First of all, regarding your initial question, if you want the accordion to appear where its initial structure was, then you need to select this in the project. Currently in your project you have set the accordion to appear on the top-right corner, and this is what it does.
This is what you have now:

And this is what you want instead:

Regarding the “flickering” now, I noticed that only happening in Firefox. It seems that the header mouseover/mouseout is triggered multiple times. Do you really need this to be activated on mouseover instead of click? I am asking this because personally I feel that mouseover does not fit the accordion controls anyway! Even in all other browsers where the bug does not exist, the handling seems erratic. Plus having to mouseout and mouseover again to open or close the accordion is not very practical. For the above reasons we always recommend that you use mouse click as the trigger.

Hello Terry,
Did you try to increase the Window's width and height?

Because it seems that the rendered content online is a little larger than the window's size.

Hello... sorry for my English,
I want when the user clicks on an item that remains highlighted, like <script>awmSelectedItem=2</script> but after i click.
i hope you answer
Reply From: Likno Customer Support
Hello again,
The way to do this is to use the automatic highlight feature:

Note however that this will only work for items that have a link that change the page. If an item does not have a link or if it is pointing within the same page, then it will not be highlighted.

Dear Kostas,
I have a few questions about AllWebMenus.
1. I have made a menu which will be shown on the left of the page (floating) and which will be on support of the main menu.
1.1. Is it possible to regulate the speed of the floating menu?
1.2. I tried to make the right corners rounded but I am unable to do that… how do I do that??
1.3. is it possible to make the menu sticky? I mean not floating but always showing at the same position even if the page scrolls…
1.4. I have problems by using javascripts like for page reload, go back one page and print this page… As if I place them in the Link cell they are not working I placed them in the Javascript Command cell, they are working but they run when the mouse just goes hover, so even if you don’t click on them
Hope to get your answers as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Paolo

Dear Paolo,
1.1) You have two options regarding the float speed of the menu. Either “instant” or “smooth”. With the first option, the menu will be fixed to the window side. With the second option the menu will follow with a small delay after scrolling. There is not extra setting for determining the “follow speed”.
1.2) You simply need to set the group to have rounded corners. If your items also have a background color, then make sure that these (first-last) have rounded corners too. If you need more help on this, please export and send me the menu project file.
1.3) This is the “instant” choice I talked about in (1.1):

1.4) You need to place them in the JavaScript command, but under the “click” column:
