Hello Colin,

As I see the Likno code is identical in both pages. Please, could you remove all Competitor slider .js files from page: ?   I think it might be a conflict in .js code.

Support Case Month: March 2013

Hi,

I have attached the awm, since the site is secured.

The problem is the vertical submenus, but only one Menu>Daily and any of the 3 items, and only on Chrome.  Once on a page the scroll bars (vertical and horizontal) show up for any item on the nav, once I move away they are fine. Cache emptied frequently.

The linking seems fine:

<body>

<!-- DO NOT MOVE! The following AllWebMenus linking code section must always be placed right AFTER the BODY tag-->

<!-- ******** BEGIN ALLWEBMENUS CODE FOR master ******** -->

<script type='text/javascript'>var MenuLinkedBy='AllWebMenus [4]',awmMenuName='master',awmBN='DW';awmAltUrl='';</script>

<script charset='UTF-8' src='../../nav/master.js' type='text/javascript'></script>

<script type='text/javascript'>awmBuildMenu();</script>

<!-- ******** END ALLWEBMENUS CODE FOR master ******** -->

Any thoughts would be helpful.

Thanks,
Tom

Dear Tom,

It seems that this issue is caused by a specific line in your “showCal.js” file:

variable conflict problem

This variable conflicts with a variable used by our scripts and confuses the menu library files.

The “quick & dirty” solution is to open your “showCal.js” file and perform a “search & replace” replacing “isNav” with “isNav1”. You should find 4 occurrences.

This will make both scripts work until we can fix this permanently and send you an updated version.

I have another question about tootip builder which I also bought.

It comes in conflict with another jQuery I am using for a thumb-slider… it seems they are not working together… then I made the icons with tooltips as an iframe but the iframe it too small to show the tooltips… on the other hand I cant make the thumb-slider as an iframe…

Do you have any suggestion??

Thanks,
Paolo

Our applications can work together without problems, but you must make sure that you are using the latest version of each application.

Regarding the conflict in your page, this may be resolved automatically if you use the latest version. If not, please send me the URL to check it out.
