Dear Tony,

First of all, you should know that our “flagship” product which is the menu-builder, is AllWebMenus and not Likno Drop-Down Menu Trees.

This has the most plugins/addins, it can work with server-side code, with database, with just about everything.

Regarding the rest of the products, the five “builders” can all load their content from the page from either a UL/LI list or from specified DIVs. As such if you can use server-side code (PHP/ASP) to “write” the required content into your page you can then use our builders to transform it.

Regarding WordPress, all of our products can work with it, but Accordion & Tabs also have specific plugins that make the linking easier. For the rest you just need to copy-paste the Linking Code and upload your Compiled files manually.

Regarding the pricing, all the builders come in 3-Domains and Unlimited-Domains flavor, so you need to be more specific as to what you want. In any case, you can check our pricing yourself by creating your desired bundle in our purchase page:

(note: the above page assumes that you want AllWebMenus too)

Kostas

Hi.  Before I renew and upgrade my old account, I need to know if the newest version of your product works on iPads and iPhones.  I received the following email from a visitor (I'm using 5.3 build 890,  -- The menu is "Javascript menu (feature-rich, default)"

"Your menu is not Ipad/iPhone friendly. It is not possible to get to any of the drop-down options. Since the menu buttons are also clickable, that is the only signal received from these devices."

Hello,

AllWebMenus build 890 should fully support iPads and iPhones. I noticed however that although your menu is compiled with build 890, the online library files (“awmdata” folder) are still from build 864 which is much older and probably had some issues such as the ones described by your client.

Please remember to upload the “awmdata” folder every time you compile your menu with a newer version. Doing so now should fix the problem.

(note that the user will need to delete the iPad/iPhone cache files in order to see the difference)

Kostas

Hi - I am an experienced AWM user but can't figure this one out...

I've just downloaded mega drop-down menu #2 and linked it to my DW file... I plan to edit your example with my customized categories and menu structure.

How or where do I edit the structure??? There is no visible sub-structure in AWM.

Thanks,
Pete

Dear Pete,

With “mega-menus”, each submenu is a single HTML item:

Hello,

Did you by any chance have Trees already open when you copied the files? If so you need to restart the application.

I just downloaded your theme and copied the xml file & folder into the installation Themes folder, and when I opened the Drop Down Menu Trees application the theme appeared without problems:

Hi Aris,

We have a flash image that now we are finding is covering the dropdown when you mouse over. What can I do to put the dropdown ON TOP OF the flash image? If it helps, the web address is {URL REMOVED}.
Please let me know what the solution is asap. I need to get this page up to replace the homepage.

I’ve been trying that, but it’s not quite fitting with the way my Flash has been coded in. Where would I place it? The code is brief for the flash and follows:

<td width="730" height=100 valign=top><embed src="/flash/entry13.swf" quality=high bgcolor=#FFFFFF  width=730 height=232 salign=L type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash"></embed></td></tr><tr>

Where would I fit the code referred to in the link? I believe it’s ('wmode','Transparent') supposed to be in 3 places in the example.

Thanks much.

Cary

Reply From: Likno Customer Support

Dear Cary,

If you use the full flash code, then there are three distinct places where you can put “wmode”.

However you seem to use a much shorter version that only has the <embed> part. Hence, following the help example, you should add:

wmode="transparent"

wmode=transparent

So please correct the “ 'wmode', 'Transparent' ” that you added and instead use the correct code.
