I have a client whose web site has an AWM menu which does not show up on iMac computers.  I have tried it in Safari on my PC and it does not show up, but is fine using other browsers (Opera, Chrome, Firefox, IE).

Please advise.

Gary

Dear Gary,

This happens because your menu is compiled with a much older version that did not support Safari 5.

Please download the latest version from your Likno User Area account  (and if required, also get a new Activation Code):

download latest version of AllWebMenus

Then please recompile ALL your menu projects, and upload the new compiled files (including the “awmdata” folder).

Note that although your Update Plan is expired, the latest version you can activate DOES support all the latest browsers (including Safari 5 & 6 and IE 10), so there is no need to extend your Update Plan yet (unless of course you want to get access to our new features like “responsive menus”).

Hi, The drop down buttons show up on the URL included, but when my client clicks on them, nothing happens.
They work for me on my PC, and on different browsers.
She is using Firefox on her iMac and they don't work.
I just updated to 5.3 Build #898, and ftp'd an updated file, but I haven't heard if it's working yet from my client, and I don't have a iMac.
Can you help?
Thanks, Pat...

Dear Pat,

I just tried the specific page with Firefox in Mac and I did not see any different behavior than in my windows PC.

What I did notice in both is that you do not have links on the main menu items that have submenus. Could this be the misunderstanding?

If not and the problem persists, please ask your client to tell us which OS version was used and also to send us a screenshot of the Firefox “help-> about” box.
