Initial Email Subject: Web Scroller Does not Display
Support Case Month: November 2013
Hi,
I am sorry to bother you but I have tried to follow your instruction to the letter but I cannot seem to get the slideshow (scroller) to display on my shop. I have tried several attempts and although I can display the sample web page the scoller does not appear. I have kept the file/folder structure as per your instruction and have tried changing the src to the direct http:// url but all in vain. I have now uploaded the files/folders as they were produced by your program and respectfully request you look at the above related url and give me you opinion as to my error.
Yours truly,
Stewart

Hello Stewart,
As it seems you haven't uploaded the images for your scroller, thus you cannot see the scroller online. In the localhost you can see that as the images in your scroller's images folder.
Please, upload the Sinclair_pipes folder that you will find in your project folder.
This should solve the problem.
Let me know if you need more information.
Thank you!
Kind Regards,
Aggelos Tsakonas

Images were loaded to {URL removed} folder and the original linko-scripts/Sinclair_pipes folder had no images?
I have now loaded images into the folder as requested but still system not working?
Sorry

Hello Stewart,
You still have some missing images:
That can cause the scroller not to be displayed.

Hi Aggelos,
These files are no present in any of the folders created by the system.
I shall create a new project tomorrow and try again and advise you as to the results. In the meantime may I thank you for your assistance.

Hello Stewart,
Open your scroller project again, Go to Navigation Arrows and click on Arrow Set field.
Click on Application Gallery and select the Arrow070.
Then, re-publish your project and re-upload all the produced files to your server.
Let me know how that worked for you.
Thank you!
