Support Case Month: April 2014
Rather than using the Joomla interface with AllWebMenus I want to place the code page by page.
I did start using the Joomla upload and I know it places your code in some general location which is then written to each and every page on execution.
Where is the general code so I can delete it and use the old method of placing the code by page using the kink information.

Hello Richard,
In order for a menu to appear on your pages you need to have placed the linking code (right after the <body> tag) and its positioning code (if not window relative is selected).
You can find the menu linking code by going to Link Menu and then choose "or give me the code to add it myself". Copy that code and paste it to your template file (most probably header.php) that will serve the menu to all the pages you want.
In general the menu linking code looks like:
<!-- DO NOT MOVE! The following AllWebMenus linking code section must always be placed right AFTER the BODY tag—>
<!-- ******** BEGIN ALLWEBMENUS CODE FOR swmenu ******** –>
<script type="text/javascript">var MenuLinkedBy="AllWebMenus [4]",awmMenuName="swmenu",awmBN="934";</script><script charset="UTF-8" src="swmenu.js" type="text/javascript"></script><script type="text/javascript">awmBuildMenu();</script>
<!-- ******** END ALLWEBMENUS CODE FOR swmenu ******** -->
Where highlighted you need to have your values according to your menu project.
Also, you need to add the positioning element to your pages so that the menu can be displayed.
Please, let me know if I can be of further help.
Kind Regards,
Aggelos Tsakonas

Initial Email Subject: Menu not shown online in Joomla website
Support Case Month: July 2012
Dear Sir,
I am currently trying the software in Joomla. Everything is perfect on local pc. But when I'm trying it on server, everything works fine but menu is not displaying.
My site is http://www.ecreators.in/album/
Even source code is showing menu22 is present and it's position is relative to banner1.jpg which is also there. I have also enabled the plugin. Installation is perfect without any errors (Joomla 2.5 component).
Why it's not showing on server when it is perfect on localhost. Please advise if I need to do anything extra on server.
Regards,
Wilson

Dear Wilson,
It seems that you compiled the project only for Localhost!
Did you purchase a license yet? If not, then I am afraid you cannot view it online!
If you did purchase a license, then please open your project in AllWebMenus and go to “Add-ins -> Joomla Menu -> Choose Domain” to correct this.

Kostas
