Hello,

I've a problem with Flash animation when using in the same page Web Modal + Web Tooltips + Web Accordion + 2 AllWebMenus, and this only under IE 9 (no problem at all with Firefox, Safari, Google, Opera).

If I suppress all the Likno Code, the animation works correctly. I try to suppress code by code (first able Web Modal, then Web Tooltips, aso), but without any success.

Could you give the right solution ?

Hello,

Yes I  just have found a solution after a lot of  experiments (a very mysterious solution for me) : I’ve only regenerate the classid of the Flash object by re-inserting the .swf with Dreamweaver ! The compiler of Dreamweaver give now an error saying that there is a js script remaining for an object that doesn't exist more, but that works. I understand not why, but that works !

Would you have an idea about that ?

I am not sure why this would happen. I see now however that the error is in the “swfobject_modified.js” file which you probably use for the flash.

The error is here:

And you can probably avoid it by changing this line to:

if (typeof getElementById(id).style != "undefined") getElementById(id).style.visibility = v;

Having Norton flag all your products from last upgrade downloads with a "WS.Reputation.1" virus.

Hello,

Unfortunately there is not much that we can do about this!

Since last year Norton changed their policy and mark as “reputation1” all the applications they do not know about.

This is done by Sonar, and it is done even if the application is scanned and proven to be clean. It only has to do with how many Norton Users downloaded and “trusted” this app.

Since we issue updates pretty frequently (sometimes even daily) this is becoming an increasing problem for us, but according to Norton all we can do is to submit our software to them before we upload it. However, since it may take days for them to see it and process it, we are submitting our software to them and concurrently put it online for our customers. Hence, for a day or two after each release is uploaded you may receive this message regarding “reputation1”.

In any case, you do not have to worry about this message as it is completely irrelevant to whether a product is malicious or not. It only states that the program is new!

I have purchased Web Modal Windows Builder and Web Scroller Builder for unlimited site. (and I am very pleased to have purchased) Now, at the end of the month, I planned to buy: AllWebMenus Pro with Advanced Floating Menu Add-in and: Web Tooltips Builder, Web Tabs Builder, unlimited website.

BUT:

I have in design, almost similar, this template:

I think, looking at the code, is created with javascript or jquery library and CSS... and certainly HTML.

the question is

Is possible create quickly, with AllWebMenus Pro this effect with menu sliding, HOME, ABOUT etc and appear a modal windows? or a combination of AllWebMenus + one template and Web Modal Windows Builder? (any response will be buy anyway, at the end of the month...)

Dear Ivano,

I checked the template page you sent and most things (but not all) can be reproduced with AllWebMenus. Specifically, for the menu, you can create such a menu with drop-down submenus that appear with a sliding effect and look like tooltips, but you cannot replicate the effect of the red background sliding-down on the main menu items.

Also, you can have any menu item open a Modal Window. Note however that what you see in that site is not a modal window! That effect with the pages sliding in is more like a Scroller actually. Most likely this could be reproduced using our own Scroller (and it is also easy to change the current Scroller item through the menu) but it will require customized CSS on your side in order to achieve the exact look. With our Scroller however, the pages will be preloaded and you will not have the "loading" effect.

Thanks for the quick response

Lately I've watched your Knowledge Base All posts and I realized that I have to study the html5 css3 and then your software will be much more productive.

Unfortunately until now I have developed with the classic html and cms like Drupal, Prestashop and Shopfactory. It was very quick and easy but I realize now difficult to switch to pure code.

Dear Ivano,

The best site according to my personal opinion is definitely w3schools.

It has step-by-step guides, full reference of CSS, CSS3, HTML5 and much more (e.g. PHP, JavaScript, SQL etc.) as well as many live examples where you can also test your own code.

I also recommend (and this goes equally for CSS, HTML or any other language) that you go to the language "Reference" and skim through all the available "commands" so that you get a general idea of what is possible. For example, for the CSS3 reference, using the left-side menu first select the language "Learn CSS3" and then "CSS3 Reference".
