Dear Chris,

It seems that you have set several browser-specific offsets that create the problem you see. This is not only visible in a Mac, but also in most browsers in a PC (except IE).

Please remove all the browser-specific offsets, and use the standard offsets instead. I would also suggest that you make the menu somewhat smaller so that it has the same width as the header.

menu position relative to element

Good Day,

I would like to know if programs created with your software are portable. Can I create a tree like menu and use it on another PC?

Thank you.

Satar

Hello Satar,

First, thank you for your interest in our Likno products.

If you refer to the project files of course you can transfer them (export) to another PC (that also has the same application installed) and work on it there.

If you refer to the compiled files that are added to your websites, these can be seen by any browser in any PC.

Hello,
I have a question about this software.
Please visit my website:
http://www.500dollarlinks.com
Notice the pop window generated with your software.  The window contains a box in the top left corner in which you can check to prevent the window from appearing upon the next visit.  The box is there, but it is not currently working.
My question is, how do I incorporate this feature using the software program?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Have a great day.
Regards,
Angelica

Hello Angelica,

I tried this in my Firefox and it worked.

May I assume that you used this method?

modal window reopen settings

If yes, then please note that a COOKIE is needed, so are you sure that you allow COOKIES on your PC? Because I do (default behavior) and it works (in Firefox).

2 questions:

1. want to install the software to 2 separate PC systems. One at home and one at work. Do i need 2 licenses?

2. Also it is written that in one year expires. What this means? Do i have to purchase a new program every year?

best regards

Apostolos

Hello Apostole,

1. The AllWebMenus license is per seat. This means per machine installed.

2. Your license never expires; only its "Update Plan" expires. This means that you can always download and apply an Activation Code to the latest build released before your Update Plan expires but not to builds released there after. If you choose not to renew your Update Plan in one year from now, you will still be able to use AllWebMenus with the Build released 1 day before that year ends (but you will not be able to update AllWebMenus with any Builders released afterwards).

I’m unable to open menus that were previously created in AllWebMenus in order to make changes.  However, the menus are still working on my school website.   What can I do to fix this problem?  Will I need to re-load the program?

Thanks for your help.

Vicki

Dear Vicki,

It seems that the file has been edited manually (probably by accident?) and there was a small part that was duplicated that caused the problem.

I am attaching a new file that works. Let me know if you need anything else.

As you can see I use the menu program as well as getting other schools to use it.

When we try to open the menu file in the program to edit before compiling it into the site, the computer locks up.

When I open the file you see I just get a line of text.  What am I supposed to do with that?

Wait… are you telling me that you cannot open the file I sent you? Your PC locks up when you open the specific file?

If so, then there is something else that is wrong. Can you please send me:

1) a screenshot of the “about box” of your AllWebMenus

2) the file I sent you, as it is after you opened it and it crashed your application

I can open the file you sent:

wrong menu file

But I get this:

menu file error

When we try to open it from here, we lock up:

about menu box

This figures…

The file I sent you got blocked by your server, hence the informative text file you received instead!

I have now uploaded the file to our server so that you can directly download it. Please let me know once you have it so that I can remove it from the server.
