I had to format the hard disk and lost the allwebmenu program that I had installed, since I use it very sparingly in fact I don’t even use the glide function any more I wonder if I have to purchase it again (I am not interested at the later release) and in such case how much do I have to pay?
Thanks, regards
Dora

Hello Dora,
While you could still use the old version we urge you NOT to do this because that old version supports browser versions up to August 2010. This means that you will have issues with latest browser releases.
You need to update/upgrade your AllWebMenus and re-compile/re-upload your menu files, as the *old* compiled menu cannot support the latest browsers and standards. Some browser versions did not even exist by that time (e.g. IE9 was officially released in March 2011).
NOTE: You may also CHANGE your EMAIL ADDRESS there to your new one.
- Click the "View/Manage Licenses and Plans":

- See there if your Update Plan has expired or not.
If "expired" then click the "Renew" link and renew your Update Plan.
- Download the current Version (Build) ( http://www.likno.com/download.html ) and install it.
- In your Likno User Area, click the "Get Activation Code" link and get a new Activation Code for this updated installation:

- Open your old project file (.awm) in AllWebMenus, re-compile it and then upload the new menu files (along with the "awmdata" folder) to your website.
Note that you may need to delete your browser’s Temporary Internet Files (or cache files) before refreshing the page in order to see the menu.
Thanks!

Hello,
Did you by any chance have Trees already open when you copied the files? If so you need to restart the application.
I just downloaded your theme and copied the xml file & folder into the installation Themes folder, and when I opened the Drop Down Menu Trees application the theme appeared without problems:

Greetings!
I need a dreamweaver extension that will allow mega menus to be easily created. What product do I need to purchase to make this happen? I used the dreamweaver exchange and downloaded the Try/Buy AllWebMenus Javascript Menu Builder, but it failed to work stating the AllWebMenus cannot be found on your machine etc. message.
So I cannot try?
I am using DWCS4.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Johna

Hello Johna,
First, thank you for your interest in our Likno products.
Did you also install our AllWebMenus application in that PC? Because the Extension needs this application in order to create the menus.
Here is the download link:
http://www.likno.com/download.html
You will find an example of a Mega Menu inside the application:

Hello,
Just wanted to find out what does it mean 3 domains(websites)for $price vs unlimited for $price ?
Does it mean that I will only be able to build 3 websites with it, then it will stop functioning unless I purchase the unlimited package for $price?
Thanks,
Dmitry
Reply From: Likno Customer Support
Hello Dmitry,
Indeed, the 3 domains license means that you can compile only for 3 websites (the ones that you register online at your Likno User Area). You cannot change these 3 domains once you register them and compile for them.
This license is intended mainly for the "home" (or "amateur") user that usually has just 1 website of his own.
If you intend to use the products in many sites (more than 3) then you need the "Unlimited" license.
Thanks

Hello
I just purchased a sliding theme add-in, package #41. After I downloaded it and previewed the files, I couldn't see the files listed under package #41 (Sliding Cloud, Sliding Linear Green, etc.), but rather a bunch of themes that are not part of #41. did I get the wrong package?
Thanks for your help.
Peter

Hello Peter,
Thank you for your purchase.
You purchased 1 "credit" and then you had to "license" the particular theme that you want (#41) inside your User Area.
I just did it for you (for #41).
So, please re-download, install and you will see it.
