I do have one more question. When I go to my drop down menus under product or industry and click an item, the menu sits on open on that page for a few seconds. Is there a way to stop this?
So if I go to Industry and click Educational the menu stays open for a few seconds.

Hello Beth,
My first guess is that you have the following option checked. Please, click on Global Properties -> Show Item or Group on Appear and uncheck the "If the highlighted item is inside (or parent of) a submenu group, this will also appear selected and open".

If this is not your case, check if you have selected the submenus to be sticky. If you had done so, please click on Global Properties -> Sticky Submenus -> Non-Sticky.

When you are finished with your changes, please re-compile your menu project and re-upload the produced files to your server.
If none of the above are the cases please export and send me your project file, so that we can have a better look at the problem.
This is what you should do to export your project into a ZIP file and then email this ZIP to us.

Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Aggelos Tsakonas

I'm creating a new Drupal website with a horizontal menu and 1 line horizontal submenu (look at "Kunden" or "Konatkt").
My problem:
The submenu disappears when I click an item of the submenu! The submenu should only disappear when I click a new main item (I set STICKY SUBMENU and I unchecked "clicks somewhere on page" and "hovers over another item in the same group").
Thank you for your support
Many Regards
Josef

Dear Josef,
This happens because each time you click on a menu item you load a new page (and the menu is rebuilt from scratch).
What you want to do, is to use the automatic highlight of the current page which will also open the submenu in which the page link resides:

Dear Kostas,
thank you very much - this option was already checked. Now I tried the website under SAFARI, CHROME and IE and everything works as designed. Under FIREFOX the submenu disappears (the browser cache was cleared). Is this a browser problem?!
Again thank you very much for your answer
Josef

Dear Josef,
I just checked your page with Firefox and I see that the menu works fine.
Do you still not see the submenu in your Firefox? Would you please try deleting the cache files again and then press Ctrl+F5 to fully refresh the page?

Kostas
