Why is it that Explorer and Firefox look so different for my menus? Firefox spreads it the entire way across the div, while Explorer does not. Is there a way to make a menu appear the same in each?

Hello,

I tested your menu again in IE, Firefox and Chrome but I did not see any difference!

They look different on my PC. Must be local settings.

Hello,

It seems that in Firefox the page text is larger than in IE. This includes all the in-page text as well as the menu text.

Is it possible that you have selected the “Zoom Text Only” option and you increased the text size? This would explain why the menu is also wider in order to fit the larger text.

internet explorer zoom text only

Good afternoon

The template is perfect for my site as is except that I would like to increase the font size by 1 pt (my viewers are midlifers and small type is hard for them to read) and prefer not to use the dropdown menu section, which visually for my site seems a bit too bulky. However, in order to do so I need to add 2 more items to the top level menu.  Have downloaded the user pdf file so hopefully will be able to figure out how to
make these couple of changes and get the menu integrated with Dreamweaver 5.5.
The program looks great though, and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use.

Thanks again for your help.
Have a wonderful day,
Dr Laura

Hello Dr Laura,

Once you open the template within AllWebMenus, you will see that it is very easy to add/remove items with a single right-click on the menu structure, or using the toolbar buttons.

Regarding the font size, just change this in the Style Editor:

menu text size
