Hello, I had a working drop-down menu running for years on my site: {URL REMOVED}. But week before last it disappeared.
Today I renewed my subscription and updated my installation of Likno, recompiled the file and FTPd to the server. Cleared my browser cache but still can't see the menu in IE 10. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
Thank you

Hello,
It seems that although you compiled your menu with the latest version and you indeed uploaded the “menu.js”, you neglected to upload the “awmdata” folder which has all the library files:

Please upload this too in order to fix the problem.

I have a new computer using Windows 7 (64-bit) and have discovered that the menus I have designed using AllWebMenus PRO v. 3.1 are not functioning any more.I am not an experienced webmaster at all and would like to "reactivate" my menus in the simplest possible way so that they can work properly on the latest Windows versions.I am willing to upgrade my AllWebMenus PRO version but the key issue for me is the simplicity in getting the menus recompiled so they can work with new Windows.
Thanks and best regards

Hello,
If you have the old menu projects, it should be a fairly easy procedure.
You need to login to your Likno User Area account, upgrade to the latest AllWebMenus version, compile your menus with this and upload the new files.
Please let me know if you find any difficulties.

Kostas

Hi Likno,
What about support for "EZGenerator" webbuilder program, authoring tools ?
Thanks,
Frans
Reply From: Likno Customer Support
Dear Frans,
I am afraid that we do not have a plugin specifically for EZGenerator.
Nonetheless, AllWebMenus is very flexible and supports 99% of the builders out there (even if we do not know about them).
The minimum requirements are:
1) You must be able to add custom HTML code into your page (copy-paste from AllWebMenus)
2) You must be able to upload into your site the compiled files (JS & image) generated by AllWebMenus
For a full list of supported tools, please have a look here:
http://www.likno.com/web_authoring_tools.html
and for the generic instructions that will most likely cover EZGenerator, have a look here:

Hello Kim,
The problem is that although you compiled your menu with a pretty recent version, the online library files (“awmdata” folder) are still from very old version (Jan ’10):

Please make sure that you also upload the “awmdata” folder when you compiled your menu in order to resolve the problem.

Kostas
