Dear Kostas,

One question, please.

Tooltip is working properly only in IE, and partially in Opera.

In the Firefox, Safari, Chrome not work.

Is there some problem ?

Thanks for the answer, regards, Roman.

Dear Roman,

This is caused due to a known timing problem with the way the libraries were loaded when you had multiple libraries in the same page.

The specific problem has been fixed in the latest versions of all products, but I see that it still remains in the scroller compiled files.

To resolve this, you will need to recompile all your projects (tooltip, modal, accordion) with the latest version of the respective application.

I will also forward this to our developers and hopefully release a fixed “scroller” within the day, so that you can also compile that.

Kostas

Dear Roman,

I just uploaded the new scroller release (216.3) which fixes (among others) the library loading issue that affected your tooltips.

Please download it here:

Dear Roman,

Thanks for spotting this! I have uploaded a newer file (same version) which has this fixed. Please download again and confirm that it now works.

Please use the primary download and make sure that you deleted your browser’s “cache files” before downloading.

Kostas
